the lighthouse

Our signature Lighthouse property is heated and air conditioned and sleeps 6-8 people in four (4) double beds  (one in each of three bedrooms and  one memory-foam double sofa bed in the upstairs living room).  It also has a full bath with shower and a fully-equipped kitchen with all upgraded, modern appliances.  The front (east side) porch has a gas grill and a private-use picnic table with an umbrella and the property is equipped with free high-speed wireless Internet and two (2) high-def TVs with Spectrum cable service.  Views of the picturesque Salmon River to the north and south can be enjoyed from both floors in the two living rooms and all three bedrooms and weather-permitting, overnight guests may request a tour and trip to the VERY TOP of the lighthouse and into the light tower.

Base Rate*: $225 per night Sunday-Thursday based on double (two-persons, one "couple", one bedroom) occupancy; $275 per night Friday and Saturday.

the waterfront cottage

Our Waterfront Cottage comfortably sleeps six people in two double beds and two single beds, with one of each in its two bedrooms.  It is heated and air conditioned and is equipped with a full kitchen, modern appliances and a full bath with shower. The west (riverfront) side of the cottage and "front" yard area afford guests spectacular Lake Ontario sunsets and "front-row" action during the annual Salmon "Run" up the River.  Free high-speed Internet and a high-def TV with Spectrum cable service are also provided. A gas grill, private picnic table with umbrella and all-season chairs round out the comfort of this very popular river's-edge cottage.  

Base Rate*:  $200 per night Sunday-Thursday and $235 Friday and Saturday (based on single couple one bed occupancy/usage) Weekly:  $1,350

the tan cottage

Our Tan Cottage has six single beds, two in each of three bedrooms and  includes a fully-equipped kitchen, modern appliances and a full bath with shower.  Heat, air conditioning, a large screened-in porch, gas grill, private-use picnic table with umbrella, HD cable TV, and wireless Internet complete the amenities.  The Tan Cottage is perfect for a fishing get-away with friends or a vacation gathering for the entire family.

Base Rate*:  $190 per night Sunday-Thursday and $220 Friday and Saturday (based on double (2 guests) occupancy. Weekly: $1,250

the blue cottage

Our Blue Cottage has six single beds, two in each of three bedrooms, and  offers a fully-equipped kitchen with modern, updated appliances, heat, air conditioning and a full bath with shower. A comfortably-sized porch with seating for four, gas grill with a private-use picnic table and umbrella, cable TV, and high-speed wireless Internet complete the amenities.  The Blue Cottage is tucked in against a beautiful wooded area and is ideal for all types of gatherings, less than a two minute walk to the serene, inviting and picturesque Salmon River.

Base Rate*:  $190 per night Sunday-Thursday and $220 Friday and Saturday (based on double (2 guests) occupancy. Weekly: $1,250

the east cottage

The east cottage (2 queen beds) and its detached, private and quaint guest cottage (2 twin beds) sleeps 6 people total. It boasts a beautiful top-floor master bedroom and bathroom suite overlooking the Salmon River and affords guests daily breathtaking and invigorating sunrises. There is also a second top-floor bedroom which shares the beautifully adorned master bath (shower/tub combo, sink and toilet), in addition to a second bathroom on the main floor with a shower, sink and toilet. The cottage, which is more a “home” than a cottage, was recently completely remodeled and renovated and includes a brand new, fully-equipped modern kitchen (Keurig coffee maker) and a generous, comfortable living room area, also with spectacular Salmon River views and sunrises.  The cottage includes a large, private deck overhanging the Salmon River where guests may enjoy those  beautiful sunrises, peaceful evenings and all of the action on or in the River during the annual Salmon "Run." A BBQ gas grill (propane included) in the back yard is also provided.

Base Rate* (Single “couple”/Double Occupancy):  Sunday - Thursday: $140 per night; Fri & Sat:: $250 per night; Weekly: $1,200

the north cottage

The north cottage is a perfect place for a family. The house sleeps 13 people (3 single beds, 2 full-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, 1 king-size bed). The large master bedroom is on the first floor with its own private bathroom and "lake-facing" porch. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, a main dining room, breakfast room and a wrap-around enclosed porch for use during rain or shine. The house is located 100 feet from the Lake and beachfront and is accessible by 4WD vehicles (2 max) via the lakefront sand road right-of-way.  It also includes (depending on availability) one or two reserved parking spots in the Pine Grove parking lot located a short walk away via the riverfront right-of-way.

Base Rate*: $2,500 per week, primarily Sat to Sat rentals.  Please contact us directly for additional details and/or options.
